Always very popular, this will be the sixth event we’ve held at Beckenham Place Mansion, a beautiful, unrestored, and relatively undiscovered, Georgian mansion house set in stunning parkland in south- east London.
On the day there’ll be a stunning, hand picked selection of 30+ top-quality vintage traders, in the Atrium, Drawing Room, Dining Room and outside, too. Expect to find mid-century decor, lighting, homeware and furnishings, vintage travel posters, prints, antique maps and etchings, brocante, clothing, accessories, jewellery, and much more, including house plants for sale.
Splattermake and KnowHowYou sewing, textiles and craft studio will be also be open on the day, and you’ll be able to see the wide range of classes and courses they have to offer. Studio Kooks will be holding their regular, pre-booked, yoga classes as well
Visit artist Sophia Lyons’ in her studio and gallery on the first floor, and see her beautiful canvasses, many of which will be available to buy. Some of the other artists’s studios on the first floor and in the lower ground floor may also be open on the day. Don’t forget to check out Cigarette Records in their shop, on the lower ground floor.
Owain will help you find what you’re looking for amongst the thousands of records he has in stock, and may introduce you to something you’ve never heard before!
And finally, not to be missed, is the fascinating Visitor Centre run by The Friends of Beckenham Place Park. Crammed with artefacts, maps, and documents, you can find out about the rich history of the Park.
So come along and mark the end of a glorious summer by discovering gorgeous vintage treasures, and a whole lot more besides!

We strongly recommend using public transport and/or walking to the event if possible, as the single carriageway access road to the Mansion can get very congested, particularly around midday. If you do prefer to arrive by car, there is limited parking available at the Mansion, although we advise avoiding the busiest period. Note that vehicle entry is only via the Beckenham Hill Road entrance (Sat Nav: BR3 1SY).
Alternatively, there is plenty of free parking available near to the Downham entrance on Old Bromley Road (Sat Nav: BR1 4LE), or on Crab Hill by Ravensbourne Station, (Sat Nav: BR3 5HE), from where the Mansion is an enjoyable 15 minute stroll across the Park.
The nearest cashpoint is at Waitrose near Beckenham Junction Station, a 15 minute walk away, so make sure you bring plenty of cash. Although many of our traders take cards these days, not all of them do.
